Red & Cream Formal/ Party/ Christmas Dress

top of the dress is an attached cape in tulle outlined with red embroidery, at the waist is a big red satin bow which is attached, goes all around the dress & ties in the back, in the middle of the big red bow are some rhinestones wrapped around the center of the bow, from the waist down is tulle with red piping, the second layer is a cream color dress with red flowers embroidered all around, each flower has sequins sewn in with the embroidery, Just Beautiful! then another two layers of material for fullness, unfortunately there are no labels for size or fabric content, zips up the back, measurements are taken lying flat, pit to pit 13" length 29.5"
