eleanorlafauci Hi- I saw your comment on an old post of Burberry platform Mary Jane’s and you said you were looking to trade/sell your pair in a 38.5. I’ve been looking for them in that size and wondered if you hung onto them and were interested in listing them? Thanks!

melly_preserves @eleanorlafauci hi! Thanks for reaching out. I was actually able to return the 38.5 for a 38. The size 38 is still on the bigger side so I really never wear them. I was planning on selling. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll move quicker on posting. :)

eleanorlafauci @melly_preserves I’m a true size 8 with narrow feet but would fit closer to an 8.5 rather than a 7.5. I’d want to be able to wear them with socks so I’m wondering if you think they’d fit based on your sizing? I’d definitely be interested if so. Thanks for getting back to me!

melly_preserves @eleanorlafauci I’m typically a US 8/8.5 EU 38-39 depending on the brand. These def. run large. Again, the 38 is prob. the best fit for our similar sizing. I also wore with thicker socks. My reason for selling is that they are still slightly too big for my right foot. I was blessed with mismatched feet haha it’s just annoying having one foot sliding around in such a heavy shoe. The lug platforms are adorable but they are on the heavy side.

eleanorlafauci @melly_preserves Makes sense- that was v helpful I literally never know where I fall in the 38-39 range. I’m not sure how much you’re looking to sell for as I’m on a bit of a budget post Christmas lol but I would definitely be interested in buying bc I’ve been looking for these forever!
