Red Blouse size Medium by Rachel Rachel

A red V neckline top made by Rachel Rachel. The v neck overlaps one another, and some pleats in the chest area. The sleeves are cut down in half to make the sleeves have a flap that falls off the shoulders. The material is unknown, but it has a stretch to the fabric, so it might be some sort of polyester or spandex blend. The blouse ties in the back with a then tie that matches the material of the top.
