bytheponds What type of adhesive - grip is located on the inside of the upper thigh area(?) I hope that (?) makes sense

motherhustler4 @bytheponds Sure does, great question! These particular ones do not have grip tape on the top. These would work best with a garter belt/straps. There are other that have the grip if you prefer that. Hope that helps!
