Red Bebe dress

The top of the dress can be worn off the shoulder or as a dolman sleeve. The hip and bottom is very fitted while the top is loose. It is flattering for the legs and I have worn it to a wedding and retirement ceremony. It’s a great fit but it’s not likely that I’ll wear it again.
