nakeli7 @lmpappa hey! Sorry for the delay. I work weekends. :) This coat could possibly be either because it is thin but I wore it as an outer coat. It is in great shape and if you wanted to tailor, easy to chop it in half and have a blazer. Super soft material in a beautiful rich red.
