Materials - 95% polyester and 5% spandex Measurements - Approximately 18.5” across the waist and 20” long Features - the skirt is a true red color and the fabric is silky soft. The skirt is fully lined, has a ruffle detail, pleated, and the waist has an elastic band. The elastic band appears to be sewn a little wonky, however, it doesn’t affect the wear.
