Recliner Cover (for small chair) burgundy ribbed stretch

Recliner Cover burgundy ribbed stretch Pre-owned. There is a small discoloration close to the right arm (pictures 4 and 5), it's barely noticeable on the right side, the little circle is stiff. The elastic is stretched out, doesn't have stretch. Otherwise, it's in good condition. Freshly laundered. The pictures are of the cover on a large recliner.
