Rebecca Taylor silk Blouse -size 4 - NWT

This is a stunning, black silk and lace blouse from Rebecca Taylor new with tags. Marked a size 4, but modeled on a size 16 dress form. Would fit a size 4 to a size 14 best. Measurements are as follows armpit to armpit 20 inches? waist 19”, three-quarter sleeve 21 inches. Gorgeous drape would look great on all sizes.
