Rebecca Taylor bright pink dress with open back

this beautiful dress by Rebecca Taylor has a drawstring waist a halter like Thai at the top of the dress so it makes the straps adjustable it has open Flaps in the back that expose acute little band. it is a size 4 but again it has the drawstring waist and adjustable straps so I would say it could go up to a size six or eight. it is in excellent pre-owned condition, no noted flaws. questions please comment below. all offers welcome.
