Rebecca Taylor blue and white off the shoulder top

Blue and white stripes with a halter style off the shoulder blouse. Has a hook and eye closure in the back and the sleeves tie closed. The top looks great just has a few wrinkles. Marked as a size 0 but could fit up to a size 4 it is just shorter on my mid section at 5’11” tall and is meant to fit a little blousy and baggy
