Hello, thank you for the feedback. Item you have purchased are New without tags. Never been used, we're company and we don't use own inventory. So I don't understand this 3⭐ feedback for item cleaners. :(

@ab731 I'm very sorry for that. It's possible someone who pack this day shipments, has on the shipping table before something sparkle. This item doesn't come in box or wrap to me so it's hard avoid touch with other items in inventory. Have a nice Sunday.
