NVR WORN/BRAND NEW W/ TAGS - This Rebecca Taylor dress is 100% SILK. Can be worn as a dress or tunic. I nvr got around to finding the right moment for it, but w/Spring approaching it would be perfect for work/brunch/day out with friends etc. It has a really pretty ruffle in the front that is not over the top, and is super flattering with the cinched waist.
