Rebecca T Halter Gown Tulip Hem Size 8, NWOT

This is a striking gown! The top is a shoulder-baring racerback/halter, and the beautiful full skirt has a fun tulip hem AND POCKETS! There’s a banded high waist and a back zipper. The fabric of the skirt is polyester, but is “stiff” enough that it keeps volume in it, as seen in the pics. The halter top does have some stretch for comfort. This dress is brand new without tags - has never been worn, and has no defects. Comes from a smoke-free home.
