Red white and blue printed Rebecca minkoff dress Above the knee, elastic off the shoulder, fully lined (ref photo), flutter neckline with center tassel that could also be tied around the neckline. Size xs This is an easy, comfortable, flirty dress. The colors also make for a great dress option for Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day! There is some slight staining on the underside of the lining only-front left side. There are no flaws to the exterior of the dress itself. (Reference photo)
