Rebecca Minkoff purse

Like new, small marks that appear blue, not sure what it could be bc I have only worn this bag once, whatever it is it looks like it can be cleaned off. (See pictures) This is a gorgeous bag, I love it so much but it just sits in my closet. Hopefully someone else will get more use out of it. Color is of bag is off-white or pearl. Taking reasonable offers :)
