Rebecca Minkoff Cotton Dress Size XS Great pre owned condition. There are 2 very tiny spots on the dress. One near armpit area (image with dime) and another on the back shoulder area. They are extremely small but I wanted to note them. I noticed them when photographing the dress. Have not tried to remove them.
