Rebecca Minkoff Hi - Low stunning chiffon blouse

Gorgeous lined chiffon long sleeve blouse with jet-black beading on the sleeves. Brand new, no tags but has never been worn. I found this Beauty at the sample sale last fall but sadly have put on weight and it doesn't fit.
