Show stopping NWT mini strapless faux wrap Elli Dress from Rebecca Minkoff. Color is called "Ibiza Multi" and is multiple colors with a white background. I'd say it runs a little smaller than a true size 8 (and not for those with a larger bust). Perfect for a size 4 or 6. Measurements in photos.
