@starwild18235 i added a photo of the measurement from pit to pit. The one caveat is that this is a stretchy material. So the measurement is 21 inches but my own personal measurement is 23 and it fits me fine there. If you want it loose fitting though that would not be the case, it is firm fitting with the stretch, but not tight fitting if that makes sense.
