Really pretty floral dress

This is such a sweet dress with its floral pattern and ruffle detailing along the front and down the side. It has a side tie to tighten the waist and is perfect with a flat sandal or dressed up with a wedge. It does not have tags but was never worn. I purchased it for my wedding brunch but it ended up being to chilly to wear :( I purchased it at Bloomingdale's.
