Really cute skirt!

Says size large but fits as low as a medium because that’s what I wear. It has a nice stretchy waist with a fake drawstring (so it’s really just for the bow affect). Color is army green and black dots. I bought this 3 months ago and never wore it. NEW WITHOUT TAGS
