Really cute black and white wrap dress

Super cute black and white wrap dress with swirly design. This dress is a size 14 but offers a ton of flexibility if you wear a smaller size. I wear a 4/6 in dresses and wore this a couple of times with no problems. The flare at the bottom is flirty and cute!
