Really cute Rue21 Dress *Never Worn*

This really cute summer into fall dress can be dressed up with strappy high heel sandals or worn with a denim jacket and a pair of toms. I loved it when I first saw it got it home and I just don’t have enough on the top to make it look good on me. Would fit a Medium size and about 36c cup.
