Really cool statement necklace

Really cool statement necklace with an interesting design Silver metal color Possible stainless steel not chintzy or cheap Design has 4 circles with 3 soft mesh type circles - 2 circles joined by two “mesh” circles and then the last two circles are joined with one mesh round circle. The bottom round circular metal piece has a nice soft dangling Fringe made of soft metal strand pieces Please See pics & Necklace part is of a soft non pinching malleable metal with extension piece. End cap to that piece has lipstick kiss 💋
