bauthement1 @valquayle Yes it is. Entirely smoke free always. Sorry about my delayed response, my Dad is in the hospital and I've been sitting with him. Completely smoke free. It has never been worn outside ever. It has never left the house except when I packed it up to move houses. It has only been tried on, never worn. As far as true to size, truthfully, I'm not sure. I am not an overly large person, but not petite either, and it fits perfectly.
