Ready to Smock White Batiste Bishop Dress, 18 M

The dress is made--all you have to do is the fun part--embroidering the smocking design! Girl's ready to smock bishop style dress size 18 months. The dress is machine-pleated and is blocked and tied off. Gathering threads are left in the dress to use as guides for doing the embroidery. Sleeves are angel sleeves done in white eyelet fabric. The dress has 3 small buttons with elastic button loop at the back. Please note that the dress will need to be hand smocked before it is ready to wear.
