lnp138 @crisanju I feel like when I bought it and was having a hard time putting it on she mentioned being able to let it out. But I didn’t end up having to so I’m not 100%. I’m out of town or I’d look to tell you.

lnp138 @ladypack the bottom is one piece and fits a size 4 approximately. The top is a 38, but runs slightly smaller as mentioned. Does that help?
