New, never used. One package is open, the other is still sealed. I purchased the wrong color and can’t return. The color is ivory microfiber and it is very soft. It zips around the bottom so it is very easy to put on the pillow. This is the cover only and does not come with the pillow. I have 2 available. The image with a black pillow is just for measurements.
