COLE HAAN Made in ITALY - Men's Size 10.5M - Brown Leather Ankle Boots, Brogue Cap Toe This is a very Rare and Beautiful pair of boots, but there are a couple of issues. Please look at the bottom heel area of boots. There was a pad on them, but it's gone now and the nail heads are raised and the area is sticky. The heel area will need to be repaired because of the nail heads being raised. There is green oxide around all of the lace hooks (I didn't picture every one of them but they all look like the last picture) One end of each shoelace is damaged, but they are still functional. You may want to get new shoelaces because they may not be long enough if laced up all the way, as shown in the picture where one boot is laced up all the way and one isn't. There are some creasing and scuffs. My light is glaring off the boots in some of the pictures. Please look at and zoom in on all pictures for detail.
