Rays for Days Floral Smocked Halter Maxi Dress

Fun yellow/orange/green/brown halter dress! Just wore to a tropical wedding. The neckline can tie both ways - straight up (there's some gaping) or cross in the front. I'm 5'9 and a solid s/m and bought an xs - I have a small waist and top and it works. Shell is 100% viscose and lining is 100% rayon.
