Rayon, floral dress

This dress is so cute with cowboy boots! Basque waist, with discreet, vertices ruffles on both sides of the bodice. This dress is from Forever 21, but it's definitely one of their higher quality pieces. Expensive, rayon fabric, and the skirt is lined. Still in new condition.
