Raye cocktail heel in tan, size 9

Raye cocktail 4 inch heels in tan with transparent strap. Shoes are size 9, they run a size small (I usually take a size 8). Only worn once they are in very good condition. There is a small stain on the inside of the transparent strap on the right shoe - please see photos.
