Are there any scratches or defects on this? Are the nose pads loose at all?

@maison_du_chat no scratches, nose pads move as intended to accommodate nose shape (same as they did when I originally purchased them. Only damage is to case (see photos).

Also are the rims black or just dark tortoise shell? Another seller of these glasses said they are actually matte tortoise shell..is that true for yours?
