Ray Harris Flannel Plaid Skirt

London designer Ray Harris created this skirt for me after I wore a similar one in a fashion show where he was represented in Rhode Island. It has an expandable crinkle waist and intricately layered-mismatched designed. It was one of my favorites when I lived up North but I just do not need it in the South. It is in excellent condition. His garments are meant to fit many sizes. I think this skirt would fit a small, medium or large. This skirt has been dry-cleaned.
