Hello! The measurements say 19.5 pit2pit, but best for size 6. I'm wanting to confirm whether you think it's best for someone smaller, or is the waist small? (To me, a 19.5 p2p is more like a size 10 🤷♀️)

oh, I see. Your description says 10, but the last photo says size 6, or 2 for an oversized fit. What can you tell me?

It’s a size 10 but it’s vintage so vintage clothes tend to run small. It will fit a medium/or size 6 fitted . If you are an XS /size 2 it will fit on the looser side
