This shrug is perfect for your next rave or festival! I bought it a while ago; unfortunately, I no longer fit it after the pandemic. It's new with tags and never worn outside of trying it on. It has minor damage to the reflective material from storage, but it is not very noticeable. The size is small and it clips in the front!
