Tutu is homemade, covers the back(hip to hip) with bejeweled bow on back, with pink white and sparkles. Bra is also home made. Only wore once!!! Willing to negotiate/trade for more rave attire!! I put about $70 into this outfit. The price below is for the whole outfit but I can sell the pieces separately upon request!
