Rave City dark blue dress with sparkles. Stretchy

Super cute sparkly dress. It's a medium. It fit like an 8 but it is stretchy with some spandex. I love the sparkles on it. It is comfortable but dressy enough for a holiday party. Lined with a light purple. Armpit to armpit 19". Back seam to bottom seam 28".
