Raul Blanco emerald and black 1980s evening dress

Stunning 1980s vintage polyester evening dress by Raul Blanco in the most beautiful emerald and black colors! Tag indicates that it was bought at Isaacson’s of Atlanta. Has a total Carrington lady / Dynasty vibe! Size 4 and my opinion is that it's pretty true to modern sizing. Condition is excellent! Appears to have never been worn but I had it dry cleaned anyway to be sure. Has a built in belt with loops. Fabulous blousy sheer sleeves with black faceted buttons at the cuffs. Same buttons go down the back and stop at the waist. My favorite part is the peekaboo pattern in the pleats. Y’all this is beautiful! It does have shoulder pads that aren't "too much". You could still cut them out if you prefer. Definitely from the 80s but I would not hesitate to wear it to a glitzy event now.
