Rat & Boa dress, size XXS can fit US size 2. No tags has been measured. 5ft 1

Rat & Boa dress silk dress in line green, hasn’t been worn but has been measured a couple of time. New with no tags, my intention was to keep it but it’s really long and I’m only 5ft 1 for reference. It’s a beautiful piece and I don’t want to trim it for fear it might loose its originality. Can fit a us size 2, it’s not tight not me.
