Redesigned Design Although the form factor remains the same, the design has changed, so Raspberry Pi 4 Model B will need a new case. The processor is based on the latest 28nm technology, but the cores use more power at startup (1A) while peak power (1.5A) is slightly lower than the previous one. IMPORTANT CHANGES - Instead of MicroUSB, Raspberry Pi 4 Model B uses USB Type-C for power. You can use a MicroUSB to USB Type-C adapter if you have a true 2.5A high quality power supply. HDMI ports are the MicroHDMI variant and not the MiniHDMI variant found on the Raspberry Pi Zero.
