Brand New 5 ml in box. Suggested Uses: Diffuser: Add 5 -10 drops of essential oil per 120ml of water into an ultrasonic diffuser. Massage: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil per 15ml of carrier oil, such as jojoba, almond or coconut. Bath: Add 8 drops of essential oil to 15ml of carrier oil and swirl into warm bath water. Spray Mist: Add 10-20 drops per 30ml of filtered or distilled water in a fine mist sprayer. Shake well and mist into air.
