Rare vintage modern art by Fred Buss. Redwood Burl. Hidden compartment.

A rare vintage redwood burl modernist piece of art by Fred Buss. There is a nested box inside the piece. Perfect for jewelry and trinkets. The piece resembles an animal and baby. There are no cracks, and only two very tiny impressions in the wood (see pics). Overall condition is very nice! Approximate measurements 7” long, 2 3/4” tall, 2 1/2” deep.
