Rare vintage equestrian hunting dog button front houndstooth maxi skirt

I normally don’t source vintage other than J.Crew but I had to get that skirt because of the gorgeous pattern! I love good quality vintage in unique prints, and this maxi skirt is no except. Fabric feels like a soft rayon but is labeled cotton. Flawless. Has poly lining & fully hidden button closure. Labeled a size 8, but because vintage sizing does not equate to modern sizing, listing as a small for a person no bigger than a 28” waist. Could be worn as a paper bag style with a sweater tucked in, as I have shown with my J.Crew belt & v-never sweater, both sold separately. Horse it necklace nfs, just added for styling purposes. Exception vintage piece! At 5’8”, this hits me a couple inches above my ankle so it would be between midi & maxi for taller individuals.
