Rare plate book prize fruit trees and ornamentals Stark Bro’s Nurseries vintage

Such a unique piece. I recently acquired this at an estate sale at a local farm. It has not had the best storage with the exterior having quite a bit of soiling and it is quite dusty. Internally it is very sound and all 72 pages are affixed and solidly bound. Please see photos so you can see the small area where something had a nibble. It does not affect the majority of the pictures since it is near the edge. Thanks for looking. Reasonable offers are appreciated
