Rare, exquisitely elegant vtg. frosted Viking glass pedestal stand

Weighing in at about 3 and a half pounds, this stunning pedestal is heavy in weight & ethereal in beauty. It's clear glass on top of frosted glass in the shape of lily pads. It's got some tiny embedded bubbles & there's a fleabite that looks like a bubble. Under a magnifying glass I also detected what looks like a minuscule manufacturing flaw and two tiny internal lines (see photos). The plate's diameter is 11.25" & it is 3" tall.
