Rare find. Chinese long black evening dress. Slits. Bare shoulder look under embroidered chiffon. Fully lined to hem. Size 8 although tag says 40. Excellent condition. No stains or tears.
I bought it on a trip to Hong Kong and Singapore.

Waist circumference is 30 measuring outside, not lining,
Hips measuring outside is 37.5
The slits are 21" from bottom - dress is long reaches mid-heel.
