whats leg opening and size listed on tag

@exthreads The tag is cut out. They don’t have stretch. They were a size 2 but they are low rise so the “waist” sits much lower, on the hips. I’d say they are similar to a modern size 0 to 00 in theory if it were higher waisted. The leg opening is 8” across.
