@wgeller They are true to size 41 and medium width -- 41 is in two pics, though the circular "hand made in italy 41" stamp on sole is not in focus in the pic. Personally, I am ~10.5C (I think) and these fit well and feel great on; very comfortable and neither narrow nor wide in my opinion. I hope this helps you decide!

@wgeller B width is considered medium, C width is considered wide. I am generally a 10.5C = 10.5W. These shoes fit me, so they are for sure not narrow; likely medium. The soft to the touch suede and smooth leather lining fit my wide feet and, in my opinon, likely would easily stretch to accomodate even wider feet like a comfy glove.
